I have been skating since the age of 3 and began competitive skating at age 6. My elite career started when I was eleven years old. From age 14 and on, I won 1st place at the Canadian National Championships at Novice, Junior, and Senior level. I also represented Canada at many Junior and Senior Internationals, got 1st at a few and medallist at almost all. Also, represented Canada at Junior and Senior World Championships, won 2nd at Junior Worlds and top 7 at Senior Worlds. One of my highest achievements of my career was representing Canada at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, placing 14th.
In 2011, my career came to an end and in 2012 I shifted my life into coaching. I began as a figure skating coach and then was asked to do some hickey clinics by so,me friends of mine. Never worked with hockey players, I quickly got some hockey gear and got on the ice myself and worked for hours on how to relate on hockey skates, game related and sport specific needs. I talked with many elite coaches and NHL Alumni. I figured out on the ice the differences, the similarities and how I could really make a system that would bring my 11 year elite career of skating knowledge and expertise, into hockey to create successful players.
Over the last many years, I have worked with numerous companies, teams, coaches and players from all over Ontario. I have also worked with some players from Europe, Russia, and USA. Ranging from CanPower, at the beginning, to NHL, prospects, AHL, ECHL, KHL,CHL, OHL. I work with players of all positions including goalies.
